Session III. Discover Clarity – Well-Being and Resilience Through Values Alignment
Living in alignment with your values is more than a time management strategy, a productivity technique or a simplistic approach to self-care and work/life balance. It is a systematic discipline for stepping back, discerning what matters most, then eliminating everything that is unimportant, so you can tap into your energy source and make the highest contribution toward what you truly care about. Values alignment empowers you to navigate urgent demands and reclaim control over where to expend your energy instead of letting others choose for you. Discover what facets of your life need attention and develop an accountability plan to ensure integrity, energy, resilience, and well-being.

Session IV. Credibility Through Character – Making Integrity Real
Discover the power of integrity and how to infuse energy, self-respect, passion, and trustworthiness into your leadership and life by closing your integrity gaps. Session V. Self-Awareness, Blind Spots, and Beliefs – Facing Your Shadow
The Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council recommended that the most important capability for leaders to develop was self-awareness. Yet many leaders are so driven by external rewards of financial success, status, power, public recognition, and material accomplishments, they leave little time for reflection or self-evaluation. This session focuses on becoming aware of blind spots and beliefs that form the foundation of all behavior. By bringing the hidden, shadow aspects of yourself into the light of awareness, you realize your full capacity to impact the world through your leadership presence.

Session VI. The Mindful Leader – The Power of Being More Fully Present
Learn to create the life you want by being present to the life you have. Through mindfulness and meditation, you will discover the essential self that sustains and supports you. Learn to connect more fully with the world around you and the people you lead by learning to sustain presence and inner alignment as you navigate adversity with greater consciousness and go about your daily routines and interactions with greater awareness.
Part 2. Leadership Practices
July
Session VII. Fostering Trust – The Power of Connection
Conscious leaders and researchers know the key to high-performing teams and inspired engaged, accountable cultures is psychological safety and trust. If people don’t feel safe to be who they are, ask for help, be honest and tell the truth, or make mistakes, they simply won’t invest, participate fully, or be their best. This session examines why trust is the foundation for all relationships; how to assess whether people trust you; and the fundamental skills necessary for fostering trust, managing conflict, and ensuring psychological safety in every relationship in your life.

Session VIII. Creating Extraordinary Cultures – The Power of Alignment
What is a healthy organization and a healthy team? How do you measure and improve the health of your culture? How do you get the value statements off the wall and into people’s hearts? In this session, we dive deeply into the underpinnings of an extraordinary culture and learn how to create one.

We uncover the power of agreements and how to identify and close the integrity gaps in your life that will ensure self-respect and trustworthiness – the foundation of respectful and trusting relationships.

Session X. Accountability (Part 2) – The Power of Partnership
Sustainable accountability comes through robust connections. You can build an accountable culture by tapping into the power of partnerships. Session XI. Navigating Change – The Power of Possibility
Gain practical, hands-on insights and strategies for using chaos and uncertainty to connect with and inspire trust, instill confidence, and foster accountability with your team. Discover the framework of the hero’s journey as you look at your life through a mythological lens. Learn to use change and crisis as doorways to deepen and transform your life, connect with your authentic self, and create a pathway to a rich and meaningful life as you amplify your impact as a leader. You will also connect with your authentic self – letting go of the life you have planned to have the life you are meant to live.
December
Session XII. Inspire Authenticity – The Power of Full Engagement
The way we have been working isn’t working. Demand is exceeding our capacity. The ethic of “more, bigger, faster” exacts a series of silent but harmful costs at work, undermining our energy, focus, creativity, and passion. This concluding session offers a unique approach to leadership that inspires and reenergizes the lives of the people we serve so we’re both fulfilled and productive – on and off the job.
