Personal Leadership – Transforming Self, Relationships, and Life
With David Irvine
Offered through Holstic Management Canada
Dates: October 31 – November 2, 2025
Location: Water’s Edge Eco Lodge, Greig Lake, Saskatchewan
Many people think leadership is only for those with titles or big offices, but that’s not true. Leadership is for everyone, because we all live and work in communities—like families, teams, and organizations. Whenever we do what we’re meant to do, we’re showing leadership in our own authentic way.
Being a leader isn’t about your title or how important you seem. It’s about your attitude, your actions, and the difference you make. Real leadership comes from who you are and how you live. It’s about your presence, not your position.
Today, the world needs leaders who care more about doing what’s right than doing what’s easy, who are guided by their values, not their popularity, and who inspire those around them with honesty, character, and kindness. True leadership comes from within, not from being in charge.
This three-day workshop is for anyone who wants to grow as a person and as a leader. You’ll take part in hands-on activities and learn practical tools to help you understand yourself better, build stronger relationships, and make a positive impact in your life and community. You’ll learn how to lead with authenticity, strength, and purpose, no matter your role.
Whether you come on your own or with members of your family or team, this experience promises to be transformational.
